A: After the order is processed successfully, the system will send out an【Order confirmation email】.
***Note: If you want to view your purchase history and order status, you need to have an account registered and view in My Accounts, then click【Order】in order to check the order status.
- 到電郵中的【垃圾郵件 Junk Mail】查看，若有【訂單確認電郵】，需要移去【收件箱 Inbox】中方可打開電郵。
Q: Order confirmation email not received?
A: Customers can check by using the following methods:
- Please ensure the email address entered is correct
- Please check in the junk mail section of your mailbox, and if you see the order confirmation email, move it back to the Inbox before you open the email.
