Q: 如何得知己成功下單? 

A: 成功下單後,系統將會即時發送【訂單確認電郵】。

***請注意: 假如想查看購買記錄及訂單狀況,顧客便需要註冊及登入帳戶,按【訂單 Order】,便可查閱以往訂單狀態。

 

How do I know if my order is processed?

A: After the order is processed successfully, the system will send out an【Order confirmation email】.

***Note: If you want to view your purchase history and order status, you need to have an account registered and view in My Accounts, then click【Order】in order to check the order status.


Q: 下單後收不到【訂單確認電郵】?

A: 顧客可從以下途徑查詢:

  • 請確認沒有輸入錯誤電郵地址
  • 到電郵中的【垃圾郵件 Junk Mail】查看,若有【訂單確認電郵】,需要移去【收件箱 Inbox】中方可打開電郵。

Q: Order confirmation email not received?

A: Customers can check by using the following methods:

  • Please ensure the email address entered is correct
  • Please check in the junk mail section of your mailbox, and if you see the order confirmation email, move it back to the Inbox before you open the email.
